Zentriq processes the data files you upload for transformation purposes. Regarding your uploaded files:

• Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (an S3-compatible storage service) and are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Both original and transformed files are stored temporarily to allow you to download the results
• We do not analyze, sell, or share the content of your data files with third parties
• All file processing occurs on secure servers with encryption in transit
• After the 24-hour period, your files are permanently deleted from our storage system

Zentriq uses third-party AI services to power our advanced transformation capabilities:

• We use OpenAI or similar AI providers to generate the transformation logic that processes your data
• When using the AI-powered transformation feature, a sample of your data structure (column names and data types) and your desired output structure are sent to these services
• We do not send the full contents of your data files to AI providers, only the minimum information needed to generate the transformation
• The transformation process is executed on our servers, not on the AI provider's infrastructure

By using our AI-powered transformation features, you acknowledge that limited information about your data structure may be processed by third-party AI services subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transformations and deliver the results
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Monitor usage patterns and track performance of our application
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests

• Saved transformation definitions (without your data) are stored until you delete them
